Holly always pays careful attention to her client, taking a holistic approach to his or her well-being. Not only is Holly Waters a cute, energetic spitfire, she is a game-changer when it comes to motivation and training. My life, my body and my attitude about working out was forever changed the day Holly came into my life. I was never an athlete, hardly worked out, and could barely breathe after two minutes of attempting to work out. The thought of going to a gym was utterly terrifying. Since training with Holly, I am in the best shape of my life.
